Samantha DeSena

Samantha was born and raised in New Jersey and is a proud graduate of Rutgers University, where she earned a degree in communications and a minor in digital information and media. This education ignited her passion for connecting with others.

In her previous roles in recruiting and tech sales, Samantha excelled at understanding her clients’ unique needs and long-term goals. This insight enabled her to cultivate strong partnerships that contributed to their growth. She recognizes the importance of building lasting relationships, viewing each connection as a collaborative partnership rather than just a transaction.

Samantha’s enthusiasm and relationship-driven approach serve her well in her role with LMI, where she supports showrooms, architects, and designers across Southern California, ensuring a smooth experience from concept to completion.

Samantha and her boyfriend, whom she met while attending Rutgers, now call Southern California home. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with loved ones, exploring new restaurants, trying out different hobbies, and keeping up with the latest television shows.
