Raised by a botanist and engineer in rural Western Washington, Inga has always appreciated the beauty of nature. From helping her mother in the garden to assisting her father with home projects, her curiosity and helpfulness were cultivated early.
After graduating from high school in Seattle, Inga spent two decades in the service industry, honing her hospitality skills and creating welcoming environments that fostered lasting relationships with guests. While working, she attended Bellevue College and earned her BA in Interior Design, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Inga began her design career in corporate retail design for Nordstrom before moving into corporate workplace design. She joined LMI in 2020, where she focuses on building relationships and ensuring accountable outcomes.
Inga loves spending her free time outdoors, whether walking, camping, or going on road trips with her dog, Alfie. Aidan was born and raised in the Bay Area, a third-generation San Franciscan on both sides of his family. One of Aidan’s defining skills, even at a young age, was his ability to break down complex topics and explain them in simpler terms. His mother has a video of him explaining photosynthesis to adults at five years old in a local park.
Clear articulation has helped Aidan in various stages of his life, including politics and public policy, during his internship with Congress and in technology when he started his career in tech sales. He joined Luxury Plumbing with LMI in 2023.
Aidan enjoys outdoor activities like biking, hiking, and surfing in his free time. He has also dedicated time to coaching football since graduating from UC Davis in 2017, leading his team to the U14 National Championships in 2019 and 2023 alongside his best friend and co-coach.
